Items must be received back to our store within 14 days of purchase if bought in store, or 14 days of the delivery date as indicated by USPS with ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.  Items that appear worn/washed, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, have animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

Return shipping on all all non-defective items are the customers responsibility.  We recommend sending the item(s) back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in-transit.  There will be a 15% re-stocking fee applied to all non-defective returned items.

If the return does not meet the above guidelines or is not received by our store within 14 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, a refund will not be applied. and items will be donated to charity.


If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order at or it cannot be returned.. A photo of the incorrect item/manufacturer defect must be included in your email.

Once we’ve reviewed the photos and it has been determined that the item is defective, we will email you a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back and will ship out the correct/new item(s) once we receive your return.

If the item is not in the same condition as it was when it left our store we will not be able to accept it.  We will not accept any items that have been ripped/torn/come apart at the seam when trying an item on or holes made to items when opening packages with scissors - this is not a manufacturer defect


Clearance Items are listed in the Clearance section of our website.  All Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 


Any purchase made during a promotional/flash sale may be returned for store credit only if they meet our regular return criteria, unless indicated during that sale that all purchases are final. Clearance items are still Final Sales.


Hats, jewelry, socks & scarves are not returnable.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
